Might Petz offers 3 shipping* options:

  • Standard - delivery within 3-5 business days (FREE on all orders over $25 or market rate depending on item quantity and weight)
  • Expedited - delivery within 1-2 business days (market rate depending on item quantity and weight)
  • Priority - delivery on the next business day (market rate depending on item quantity and weight)

We typically ship in-stock items immediately but sometimes it can take up to 2 business days if additional order verification is needed. Occasionally, shipping to certain locations may take a bit longer. Amazon currently handles all of our deliveries, allowing you to receive your package as promptly and seamlessly as possible! Your pet will let you know when they’re at your door!

*Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and we are unable to offer expedited shipping to PO boxes, Alaska, or Hawaii.

We’re happy when you’re happy (and, of course, when your pet is happy!). That’s why we offer a FULL refund to unsatisfied customers. You don’t even need to send back the product!

Our policy lasts a lifetime (in human years, not dog years). If you are unsatisfied or your pet somehow got a hold of your credit card, please contact us and we will issue a refund as soon as possible.

Requesting a Refund

In order to process your refund, we require a receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

Please note: Gift cards are nonrefundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

Waiting for a refund might be how a dog feels when it’s waiting for its owner to come home. If you haven’t received yours, take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account one more time (just to be safe!)
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank
